Instantly create a new workout from the last workout with all your exercises, weights and reps automatically populated. Now you know the exact weights and reps to hit to improve. Every exercise shows you what sets, weights and reps you did last workout and when your last PR was.
Find you're spending too much time resting between sets? Getting distracted with Instagram? Grow has a configurable rest timer that will alert you when it's time to start your next set. Perfect for making sure your intensity doesn't drop.
Get all the statistics from your workout when you're done. Volume, number of sets, intensity, even volume and sets for each bodypart! And all these are compared to last workout so you can instantly see if you have improved or going backwards.

Grow will also pull in relevant data such as bodyweight records, to be used in tracking your goals. So if you have a smart scale, no need to ever enter your bodyweight into Grow. Have an Apple Watch or other tracker? Grow can pull your energy use so you can compare energy input to energy expenditure.

Only the data you need.

Tired of apps filled with foods you'll never eat, foods that have the wrong calories and macros, exercises that you will never use? Grow has built in foods and exercises but during onboarding you get to choose what foods and exercises you actually need. Only what you pick goes into your inventory so it only ever has what you need and all the garbage is gone. Missed some foods or exercises during the onboarding? You can go back and import more whenever you want! Your friend has been using Grow for a while and has a stack of foods and exercises you need? They can export their data and you can import it all into Grow. And once again, you choose which foods and exercises you actually import.

Every food has been hand entered and checked so they are correct. Grow doesn't have everything you will ever need but it has all the most common foods bodybuilders and those into fitness need. You can scan more foods in using their barcode or enter them manually. When scanning foods it will create a new food and ask you to confirm the energy and macros so you can be sure any data going into Grow is accurate and correct.
